I had a great stay for 6 nights in a Two-Bedroom Apartment. The place was well-furnished and super spacious, but the noise from the surrounding area was quite disruptive at night. I loved being able to make my own breakfast with everything I needed available, and customer service was excellent when I needed extra pillows. I'd definitely come back again!

Gorgeous apartment with fantastic amenities and great service.
My entry experience was frustrating and chaotic. The virtual key system almost never worked on the first try, which caused delays and confusion while checking in. The appliances were poorly maintained-my washing machine was out of order when I arrived, and I found multiple fixtures in my apartment that seemed dated and not properly functioning. To top it off, the noise around the area at night was unbearable, with loud street sounds making it nearly impossible to get any restful sleep.

Absoluteley horrendous experience, especially with the so-called 'upgraded' room that had no balcony as promised. The entry system is a joke, constantly failing. I almost considered giving a good review until i realized i received no compensation for these enormous inconveniences. Next time, I expect a red carpet treatment, but alas, I was treated like everyone else here.
